That's sick beyond reason. Some foods go well together because they are chemically similar, but bacon and brownies? That sounds horrid.
I'll take blue cheese and dark chocolate any time.
That's the food of the devil.
That would go well with my fabled Lemon & Mushroom Meringue.
only if fabled == infamous
I am a brownie and yet a bacon. Its a good match actually.
Whats with USA and bacon? I mean sure bacon is good, but its not like its the prince of foods..
Which we all know is the muffin

I don't know if I've ever eaten a brownie in my entire life. As a child I grew up allergic to chocolate so that's one reason but even later when I outgrew the allergy I never got in the habit of eating it.
It's not the prince of foods; it's the king of foods!Quote:

As strange as it sounds, chocolate and bacon go together quite well.... if you can find it.... try chocolate covered bacon sometime...... chocolate covered heart attack just waiting to happen...

One of the fave combinations from my childhood was a poached egg and jam sandwich. I discovered it when I asked for a poached egg and a jam sandwich and confusion ensued.
Why, yes I am... part Scott at any rate. Poached egg and jam? Hmm..... I've had over easy with jam.... hadn't tried it with poached though.... something to think about.Quote:

How about some bread with congealed bovine lactation spread all over it?
