Installation Files - [vb.net2005]

I've got an application that has been uploaded to the web, but is now giving a lot of users an error because of the install package.

I'm looking for someone to create a nice single-file install package for this app that will work on any windows machines.

In this app, there are no fancy things that need to be included (like databases or DLLs/OCXs).
