NEED HELP here... Installation Issue

Can somebody help me fix my Installation Problem?

Every time I install my VB 6.0 Enterprise Edition this problem occurs.

I always finish the installation, but every time I start the VB 6.0, this annoying message box always appear saying "Preparing to Install..." the title of the message box is "Windows Installer" and the VB 6.0 will not continue to load unitl it hangs.

Does your installer have scratches? It may be damaged already.

From where did you get the install disk?
