Excel 2007 compatibility : custom toolbars

My project was developed as an Excel 2003 spreed sheet add-in. It has a customized toolbar attached to it from where all the macros are called by the end user.

When 2007 users use it the customized toolbar doesn't appear.

I was able to manually add shortcuts to the custom quicklaunch toolbar but it is not practical to set it up personally for each user.

Is there a way to get my custom toolbar to transfer to 2007? Can I automatically add a custom ribbon in 2007?

Any suggestions?
