That's obviously fake. They haven't asked for your bank account details.
And they're not from Nigeria

I received a number of emails like that. At some point they'll ask you to send them a payment of hundreds of dollars so that they can special courier a package to you. If they ask you for money before you receive your prize money then you can know for certain it's bogus. There are legitimate online lotteries where you can win such sums of money but if you do they won't ask any money from you before you receive your winnings. The odds of winning a sum like the above would be quite slim of course.
Unless I have specifically asked to be entered into a prize draw, it is certainly bogus.
