Really Loud Death Metal
Blue noise oscillating from 12Hz to 10Hz (full iteration every 20 seconds), decreasing by 2Hz every 3 minutes until at a standing 4Hz (over 3 counts) and then reversed. 30minute therapy.
There was a time when I used to listen to Enigma, Yanni, Enya, Instrumental... but I kinda got tired of that music, now I listen to progressive trance & techno.
When I am really tired, I prefer silence...
I like a bit of trance, the more german the better, although I do like a bit of otis reading too.
For me it's either smooth jazz or new age.

I tend to react in a very volatile way when I am in my 'bored / tired' state of mind, my iTunes library mostly sucks.
But I am liking the Kings of Leon album at the moment, I can get on with that :)
If not, I will put on a sitcom, such as friends, scrubs, the it crowd, hide the video and listen to it.
