setup application for visual basic 6.0

We need to make a setup application for visual basic 6.0.
The following screens should be there in the setup
1. Installation Message.
2. Show License file
3. Show default installation location and give choice to the user to choose the installation location. Show option to the user to choose if he wishes to create shortcut on desktop and quick link. On continue, show progress bar while copying file
4. Show Installation complete message and give choice to open readme file (default checked)
