ocx/dll registration

Hello all

here im writing..for installation purpose.
i was on client side.. where i need to register reqiured ocx/dll

i was in user login.. i searched the solution on net where they are saying login with admin authorizn. and then try to register ocx/dll

my project is in sql and in access also...and client machine cud b xp or even windows 98 too...??? iguess win98 doesnt support sql2000
is it right???

i want to confirm weather it is same reason or something else..
anybody faced such problem pls share the problem and solution
