SQLSetConnectAttr Error

Does anyone know what the heck this error message
is?

Run-time error '-2147467259(80004005)':
[Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Driver's SQLSetConnectAttr Failed.

It was working okay until recently I downloaded some
J++ SDK which it could be wiping out some of the
DLL.

I already search on the MS site, but there is nothing
that makes sense to me.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

For those that r interested:

The ans to the above error/problem was that the
Informix was lost/not in the PATH variable.
