Ilmv
Just noticed your sig...
You really think the VB Code Formatter should really be listed under your "My Projects" section?
Bears an uncanny resemblence to my own project that I posted here back in 2005:
http://www.vbforums.com/showthread.p...t+code+copying
For anyone else reading this post you can make your own comparisons by downloading the file that ILMV is claiming as his own here: http://www.meltdownsoftware.co.uk/download.php (scroll down to VB Code Formatter, keep in mind it is an exe so do virus check it before running it)
For the record I have absolutely no problem with someone using code that I've written, thats the whole reason I posted it up here with the source code available. However, and I think everyone will agree, it's pretty much unacceptable to claim something as your own when all you've really done is edit the title bar so it doesnt have any references to me.
I certainly don't think you should be using it as an example program on what appears to be a programming company's website without giving any kind of credit to the person who actually wrote it (i.e. Me)

Re: Ilmv
Thats a fair point, but I did indeed find the code on another website, had I have known about this then I certainly wouldn't have taken any undue credit.
I have taken the application off of the website and will attempt to find the original source, in an attempt to clarify where indeed it came from.
All in all, my mistake, my apologise.

Re: Ilmv
Ok, well thanks for removing it, if you could find out where you found the code that would be great, but I guess at least if they're showing the source code then it doesnt really matter that much.

Re: Ilmv
Well I spent a while last night digging through my links, of which I save loads, but I couldn't find what I was looking for, I will however attempt a search online when I get back from work.
I will get back to you if I have any joy.
