[2008] Resources sample

Hi

I have a big VB.NET 2008 application that i want it to be in three languages:English,French and Spanish,there are over 200 messages that need to be in those 3 languages,I've heared that I need to use Resources.Does anyone have a sample application that uses resources in order to switch between languages?
