Would still like to know how to do this with charts

Ok, so I have seen it before where you can make a chart pop up like a tool tip when you mouse-over certain cells in a worksheet.

Anyone seen this? Anyone know how?

I will be seeing if I can figure it out in the meantime....

Nevermind, the report was printed. Pointless.

But I still want to know how to do it.

I cannot figure it out, I guess I could whip up some VBA code, but that seems so esoteric for something I thought Excel did with options, eh?
