Rip Issues: Where to go?

I just joined www.digitalprintforums.com, and posted this thread:

But then noticed that the subforum that I placed it in doesn't seem to be very active.

The last post in that subforum was 16 July, 2008.

Does anybody know of any other such printer forums that would be appropriate for my rip issue?

It seems to be going OK there (I suspect that it is like here, quiet subforums tend to get answers almost as quickly as the busy ones), but just in case it doesn't work out - there are some hardware sited in the Internet.com group, which you can see from our 404 page
