[RESOLVED] Need help with a VB code

I need help with VB code. I would like to have a Form page with a few buttons that can bring specific data in another Form Page.
I already created a table with the data, also a query with a formula that gives the total.

Can someone guide me ? Please...

What does that mean? "bring specific data in another form page"? What does your form look like?
