[FOR FREE] Can anyone create for me a basic website with a login/sign-up page?

Hello,
all i need is a basic website, i don't care if it only has a homepage which has one word on it. I just need someone to make it so on the homepage a user can log-in or if he/she doesnt have an account they can signup.

Once logged in on the top of the page it will display:
Welcome, NAME_HERE to mysite.

That is all i want maybe you would do it for a challenge, or for your own fun?>?.

Once you are finish just send me the folder which contains the database, and pages.
