Can anyone explain me how to deploy mobile application?

asked many times before - a search would have given you the answer, including...

In VS2005, click on File>Add>New Project and then click on Other Project Types and select Smart Device Cab Project.

There is a walk through on MSDN. Also a sample here

I want to anybody explain step-by-step how to install the vb.net
application for smart devices into a mobile pc 2003. there are a lot
of link for it, but i cant understand any one of them. therefore
please explain step-by-step.

Copy the cab file to the device and install or while the device is connected to the pc click on deploy and you have the choice to test with the vb emulator or the device choose the device and accept to install the application when ask on your device and it will be install on your device or if you follow the link Petevick gave you, you will get a cab file after completing and copy to the device as I said earlier.
