What menu are you referring to? I have SP3 installed and don't get a menu asking me if I want task manager, etc when I press Ctrl + Alt + Del.
Its the Windows Security dialog window. It may depend upon the way you have XP set to log on by using Ctrl+Alt+Del or the windows welcome screen. Not 100% sure but ...
Rob is right, the caption says Windows Security, i guess something changed somewhere, i'd like to fix it back, its just something else to click through.
Check in your control panel under the Users applete. You can change the way users logon by requiring Ctrl+Alt+del and see if by chainging it if it will bring back the default behavior as I'm assuming that your logon method has changed?
Try ctl-shift-esc

Cool, works on Vista too. :thumb:
Works in Remote Desktop also
I just tested it. This is a change to make xp more like vista. Turning on the welcome screen fixes it. I kind of liked the 2k one better that had all the buttons on the task manager screen instead of a different window.
Ctrl+Alt+End is the equivalent of Ctrl+Alt+Del within an RDC window.Quote:
