Licensing Question

Hopefully my new project will be added to SourceForge.Net pretty soon. My project will be free, open source and the code will be available. Different portions of my application use a modifed ListView Control, which I found the code on the Internet and a poster here help me convert it from C# to VB.Net. I wanted to know if it was okay for me to use the control, which I modified heavily, but nonetheless got from the individual from the site below:

I read the Microsoft Public License link on the page (Ms-PL) but I really wasn't sure.

What do you all think?
