I assume that you are reading the threads from the quick links option, in that case you can't really make a new thread.. go to the vbforums (home) on the upper left of the screen and you can choose there were you want to make your thread, after that you can see the new thread button..
Or if you view a thread, there is a button on the above the thread starter post. A "Post Reply" and "New Thread"..
I also assume that you already know because you already have made this thread...
