VB 6 can't be downloaded, it must be purchased.
Its also no longer supported by Microsoft as it too old. You can however, if you wish, download VB Express (.NET) 2008 for free. Its a different but "similar" language.

If you want to purchase it, try eBay.
The better suggestion, however, is RobDog888's and move on to the current version of VB, and download the free 2008 express.
