I use Crystel report 10 and I designed a report

Probably you need to draw by yourself inserting lines and/or boxes

Crystal Reports Menu / Insert / Line
Crystal Reports Menu / Insert / Box

Also, You can try adding borders to each printed field
Right click on desired field / Format Field / Borders
