Getting a program icon into my system tray or whatever the icons next to the clock

Hey guys I see all of these neat progs that add thier own icon to the system tray or something.

Can vb 6 do that?

I have a icon called mhxav31.ico and a program file called mhxav31free.exe

PS: when I right click on the icon in the sys tray I would like a menu to open up ? how would i do that?
