Socket Programing - TCP/IP - Programing in VB.NET

hello guys...
please i need urgent help !!!
i need a help in how to establish a connection, send and receive data between a client and a server using VB.NET
i used to use the Winsock component from VB6 using the MSWINSCK.OCX control and it is so easy.. so i did many programs like network chating and many staff :p

now i am willing to defelop and do the same work but using VB.NET
i found many articles.. but all are getting me stuck.. please any help ????
