Your question is rather vague, it's like asking "I want to get a new car that will impress ladies, which car should I buy?"
There's no right or wrong answer to this and it really really depends about the context. I don't know what your site is about and why you would need a help section.
To start with, why aren't you simply creating the pages for it? What's going to be in it?
