Depolying?

When you click on deploy an emulator window is suppose to open?

Myn asks for CLR? or something.

Must I have something installed on my device?

It might be because I am using the .net 3.5? Instead of 1.1 for windows mobile 2003.

Edit: To run your program must you make a cab? If so, can someone please help me out with that?
