SEF URLs

I want to start using SEF URLs, but i am not sure where to start. Does anyone know where i can go to get information for this?

There isn't much to learn in the way of the URLs - put relevant keywords in the URL, no extra, pointless words, and so on. I believe what you need to look up is how to do this in PHP. Do a search on mod_rewrite.
