converting many mp3's to 128kbps?

Hi guys!
i have a 1000+ mp3 files that i want to downgrade to 128kbps bitrate (the files are almost all high quality so they dont fit in my ipod and i want to have a low quality copy for the ipod :) )
Is there any program that can convert many files at once to 128kbps? thanks!

Winamp has the capability of converting songs to MP3 (even if already MP3), and you can specify a bitrate on it if you want.

Look in preferences, under 'output' - disk writer output - that's what I think it's called.
