network allow/deny other pc client

Hi, im using VB6, im kinda lost on how could i allow or deny
any client pc connecting to my pc, i want to do this programatically...
what syntax or command should i use...
ex...
network lan
mypc
otherpc
bosspc

i want to allow my bosspc to connect to my pc and to deny otherpc after
office hours.... thanking you in advance

What about between office hours?

well, mostly tcp/ip... iv been reading and searching the forum, even trying
other stuff, but all i cant get is just monitor the network traffic, but to have the
total control on disconnecting a certain client to my pc, im still at lost...

Have you checked pscode.com?
