[2005] Windows Mobile Development

I need built application about Windows Mobile development using Visual Studio 2005 or 2008. But now I need a documentation about Window Mobile development. I need something about:
1.) What is Windows Mobile Development Kit?
2.) What are the hand-phones (brand and models) that we can use?
3.) Currently, what kind of applications that is in the market that is using Windows Mobile Development Kit?

Does anyone could help to find this document?

you can use the .Net Compact framework to develop applications that run Windows Mobile - this will give you some pointers

For development, take a look at the Windows Mobile Developer Centre

As for applications - there are thousands out there - take a look at www.handandgo.com for samples
