Data Report Controls

For some reason I have lost the ability to drag and drop controls onto a data Report. I can still add controls by right clicking on a report section and selecting "insert control". Has anyone ever had this problem? Any ideas?

I'm using Vista and VB6 SP6

I have reinstalled VB6 and SP6 several times, checked for virus. No change.

Are there any property settings for VB6 or Data Report Designer or Vista that could cause this problem.

Any suggestion would be appreciated, I'm stuck.

I installed SP1 and still have the same problem. No matter which control I try to drag onto the datareport all I get is a circle with a line thru it. No matter which section I try to place it.
