New to Visual Basic!
So im new and made a new program with VB 2008 express and i call it Scrive. Pretty much it is a Script Archive for a awesome game making program called rpg maker xp. Basically what you do is you choose a script you want from the drop down menu and do what you want with it lol :D copy it save it show info on it. Its a pretty good program but it needs a lot a lot of work! So i was wondering if anyone could try it out and give me advice on what i should do to make it better and what i should do about the look! If you would like to please, the program is in my attachments :D please all criticism is accepted even this is the lamest program ever :d.
Here are some previews of the program:

Re: New to Visual Basic!
The program is in the attachment? Not the source code? I wouldn't even touch it. The last time somebody posted a thread like this one was the snake game.

Re: New to Visual Basic!
What do u mean the snake game? There is nothing wrong with it dont worry it has been tested many times, i will also post some screen shots of it so you can see how the program looks.

Re: New to Visual Basic!
A few years back somebody made a post remarkably similar to yours.
Here's the thread:
http://www.vbforums.com/showthread.p...ght=snake+game
The code has been long since removed, but the similarity of asking people to test his game is notable. If you read down through the thread, things spiral out of control after just a few posts.
You may be legit, but I can't imagine a system I have access to that I would be willing to test that on.

Re: New to Visual Basic!
I'd say it looks pretty stylish, and more elegant than anything I have written, but I'm artistically challenged, so neither my inability to make anything that looks nice, nor my saying your forms look stylish should be considered to carry much weight.

Re: New to Visual Basic!
My one criticism is that I can't read squat on that form. I don't know how big that picture is for you, but for me it is about 2"x2", and a bit blurry.
