[VSc#] database examples

Hi there

Im just looking for some database example.

Im completly blank conserning thise..:ehh:
Dont really know what im blank for.
I know have a database work. I can see the is a Microsoft SQL server 2005 (Download thise), but have i use it, i dont know yet.:cool:
And i know have to use SQL query's.
Im not complete n00b but almost! :bigyello: (At least it sound like that)

So what help do i need.
Well, im thinking something like

Which database method should i use. (MDB,MySQL or whatever) Maybe someone have some good idear.
Have do i connect to it, set it up
Have do i get data, insert data to it.

Think i just want, need some example that i could look at and say... aha.

Maybe you want to know what i want a database for..
Well im trying to make something like a language dictonary, also working on a genology like program.
So the database have to be good to handel alot of data.

I have seach the web and thise forum for some example.
Didnt find what i was looking for.

So now im getting some book and writing here, hoping someone just know have i feel and know what i have to use. :duck:

Looking for some tutorials or example of select, insert and such for MDF database in C#

Just to show me, have i would go about thise.

Would be great whit a class, that does thise.

Are you having trouble with the SQL part of the C# part of it?

Well im still blank, i was just hoping if i could see some example of other source code whit mdf or something i could get started.

hmm it just look like other tutorial i seen.

But i think i know now where i went wrong, it just the connection string that are diffrent. Else the rest is the same. As i see it.

So you were exasperated and giving up on tutorials because you had a connection string wrong?

I'm really not sure what you're looking for, because your first post describes a set of requirements for an application that you wish to make, but you're looking, at the same time, for a tutorial that does something similar to what you want... am I confused?
