I work for the a Customer Relations team now; I deal with customer complaints via written correspondence rather than handling them over the phone. I’m overly excited; if I had friends, I’m sure I’d be telling them all right now :D!

Xerox you middle finger, scan it into an image, add the caption "Figure 1", and include it in all your messages with the statement, "If you don't agree with anything I have said, see Figure 1."
that's an absolute pi**er of an idea Shaggy :thumb: :thumb:
Man.. I wish Network Support dealt was dealt through written correspondence. I get sick of having to explain things to customers over the phone.

Congrats Jenova.
I've never had the pleasure of working in a complaints department. I'm often to busy being the subject of the complaints department.
That’s not a bad idea. I love it! :afrog:Quote:

it may be advisable to remove the company name from the posts.
The reason is that you are now representing the company in any post you may create and as this is a public forum they can sack you for breachign the T&C's of the contract
you can refer to the company in a way that it is understood who you are talking about as long as you do not use their name explicetly they can't say you are acting as a representative of the company.
I made a simelar mistake previously
David
Good advice, Dav. :afrog: Just call them "speaking twice".
Well, this is Chit-Chat...
Yeah – I was thinking of doing that anyway, thank you for the mentioning it though :), I have made the changes and removed the name of the company from my posts.Quote:

If I use the company name explicitly, anything that I say may be held against the company and it may also affect the company in one way or another. Take this situation for instance, if I were to submit a post that contained any derogatory comments directed at the company then that may affect the way people – potential customers or existing customers – view the business, basically it may have some impact on the company’s customer base – customers may leave or think twice before siding with our company, in addition, It could affect the reputation of the company.Quote:
