[RESOLVED] Install PHP

I have download PHP zip binary from this link


But I don't know how to install it.
Guid for manual installation is confusing me.


Can you explain me, how to install it manualy on simple step?

Note :PHP installer is too big for my slow internet connection. So I don't like download it'

I have only IIS

I know installing it yourself is the 'better' way, but if your looking for an easy to use setup try xampp.

It is 34megs so shouldnt take tooo long download, less time than figuring out how to install version you currently have.
