probably a really simple question

I am using a tutorial i have found and it says i need to add a openfiledialog. The thing is where do i find a openfiledialog.

Click on Projects...Components... or press (ctrl+t)

Scroll down to: Microsoft Common Dialog Control

Check it and click ok.. now it should be in your objecjts list...
