Record from Line-Out (Wave)

I want to record the output audio of a few apps I have, and the sound isn't in any resource files in the software, so I need a program that will record from the Line-Out or Wave of the default audio card from a P5N32-E SLI Plus (a SupremeFX Audio Card). Does anyone know any programs? Or, alternatively - source code for a VB6 program and I'll make my own?

see if any recording programs you use list wave mix or mono wave mix or stereo mix. this is the output as sent to the speakers.
