Applying Watermark Image in ASP

Hi All,
I am facing an issue in ASP. What i need to do is, Taking an Image and apply Watermark Image(Which i have stored in .jpg format) and need to store on WebServer. I dont understand how to apply Watermark Image on an Image using ASP. I have done similar thing in .NET but I want this in purely ASP.

Could some body please help????
