Importing From Excel to Access

Hey Guys,
I want to design a form in VB6 through which users can browse for an Excel file and the data from excel sheet can be imported to MS Access Database during runtime. The format of data ( columns and rows ) in the excel sheet will be always same. Any idea??? Please help .. . . :ehh:
