in that case, I missed the curry from myanmar i used to eat in japan.
it has lots of beans and not too spicy, it was even sweet.
They have a lamb curry that is sweet - no beans though. Lamb, garlic, onions, potatos, etc etc... The vindaloo version has cayene and other peppers.
I don't like too much spice, my sinus gets irritated and it would make me cry and my nose watery. :(
Vindaloo isn't coke, you don't have to snort it.
