crystal report question

i have made an application using vb6 with MSSql 2005 database and it's running in other organization almost 4 months ago. i used cr8 on the reporting side which is also working fine. and here's a new client who bought the same application but the report is not working. the form just blinks and disappears.

any idea regarding this?:confused: any help greatly appreciated.:thumb:

Maybe its a different operating system - I have heard some nightmare tales about Vista.

If it is, re-compile the app on the new operating system and re-distribute. Hopefully this helps?

Nope, the operating system that they used is not Vista.
