[RESOLVED] Check for how long a computer is in stand by

Hi Everybody. I've been searching and i cant find this issue :(

How do i check with windows for how long noone is using it? Same way screen saver works. If noone touches the computer for 5 minutes, for example, the screen saver starts working.
