[2005] Security

Good Evening,

I am just hoping someone can help me out, maybe point me in the right direction.

I am making a small security program and I just want to know how easy it to do the following things:

1: Can I detect if the windows password for the account has been changed?
2: Can I detect any User change to any file in Windows directory?
3: Can I detect whether a piece of Hardware has been uninstalled or paused so it won't work?

and I am still thinking of other options to include.

Does anyone know how to do any of these things or am I trying to be too clever here? Any advice please....


The main aim of the software is not to stop people doing these things and protecting like an anti-virus etc its just to detect if they are happening then it uses the webcam to send an picture and alert to the user.
