exe files in vb

I used an .exe file in my program and using "package and deployment setup", I attached it to my program.But now I dont know how to write code for using that .exe file.

In "package and deployment" set up I added an exe. file.

I'm still not sure what the issue is.

1. You create an installation and setup package.
2. You give/ship that package to someone
3. The someone it goes to runs the Setup.Exe and your program is installed.
4. They run your program the same way that they would any other program installed on their computer.
