[2005] Transparency Key

Well I have a form with a background image on it.

Now on the image I have coloured certain areas red for transparency) & I have set the transparency key to red and it works fine!

But I want my form to have a 95% fade when it first starts. I have set the opacity to 95% and it works BUT the red parts appear because of the fade.

Any help on how to work around this?
