ok so i was thinking if you had to roughly divide everyone into managers and workers what would the split be? by workers I mean the ones actually doing the work at the bottom of the ladder, and you could probably include the first level of managers as they do a lot of the work too.... but then after you move up from there it is all just pure management.

It depends on the field of work. In my company, because we're small, everyone does a lot of work everywhere, even the president. In other companies, nobody works.

It depends on how you divide them. If half are managers and half are workers, then If my math is correct you have a 60/40 split. Have I made myself clear?
