Need Simple Calculator!!!

I am managing a GIS database using ARCGIS 9.1. What I need is a button created that will make several calculations. The scenario:

I have a table that has several income types. I need the income to be calculated based on a rate that is input by the user. The same will need to be done with expense fields. Once those are calculated, I would need a profit value calculated.

I have no knowledge of writing code, but I do know these would be simple calculations. There are not many fields to be calculated, so this should be done pretty easily by someone with a little knowledge.

If anyone is interested, please respond...I need this done fairly quickly if possible!
