How to write a scheduled windows task . Not a windows service I want to
schedule this exe in windows task scheduler.plz help me how can i do this:)

can any one pls give me the idea how to do this
its very urgent.

The 2nd post says to use Process.Start and pass schtasks.exe with the appropriate parameters.
