last night i was board, so i went threw all my files on my computer. :)) im learning api and i couldnt go on-line to read the thing. but i found this file QUIKVIEW.exe. its located in "c:\winnt\system32\viewes" (im on win 2000). i look at it, and it showed me all these api things but with a number next to them, system info, and other stuff. one example is "00f0 GetDesktopWindow" i know this is a api funtion and it even says the dll name, user32.dll. could i use the "00f0" insted of "GetDesktopWindow"? what is the "00f0"??? why dont any of you api people use it???
