How to access and modify values of a OLE object(Excel Worksheet)

Hello,

I want to know how do i access and modify values of cells of a excel worksheet embedded as an OLE object. I wish to access and update values of the worksheet by cell number

I am a beginner to VB, so pl help me guys.
