Setup error?

Hi!
I Built my software and then clicked publish.
I selected the path where it shall be created and clicked "From a CDROM..." in next page. And in the 3rd page I clicked "The application will not check for updates..."

And I clicked Finish and it has created setup files, with autorun etc...
If I start setup I get this error in a message box:
"Application cannot be started. Contact the application vendor."
So Im the Vendor :D But I cant solve this problem.
And in this message box has details... button and it gives these informations:

Sounds like PDW woes... You might want to try a different installer... Check the FAQ's for more options.

I have found something. There is another setup file in \bin\Release\<projectname>.publish path. If I start it it works. Why?
